GENERAL PROVISIONS

Sajema d.o.o. provides online services through its website at strucnaknjizara.com domain, the Internet. The service consists of content management and financial transactions.

The Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for End Users and apply to the use of the strucnaknjizara.com site. Any use of the strucnaknjizara.com website, End Users hereby agrees to the General Terms and Conditions, and agrees to use the strucnaknjizara.com website in accordance with them. The right to use the Website is a personal right of the End User, and may not in any way be transmitted to other natural or legal persons, nor is any user authorized to report to other natural or legal persons. The end user is personally responsible for protecting the confidentiality of passwords where they exist as such. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the buyer declares that all information provided by the customer is true and complete, that he or she is a capable and competent credit card user and that there are no known obstacles to ordering and purchasing the product, ie. to buy online at a bookstore.

Sajema d.o.o. reserves the right at any time to modify and / or terminate any segment of the business, without prior notice to the End User. Furthermore, Sajema d.o.o. reserves the right at any time, and without notice, if appropriate for the Company, to terminate and / or modify any of these General Terms and Conditions and / or the Data Privacy Statement and / or conversion statement. It is for this reason that Sajema d.o.o. advises End Users to re-read from time to time the information contained in the General Terms and Conditions, Data Privacy and Conversion Statement.

All information contained on the Website (all domains owned by Sajema d.o.o) is the copyright of Sajema d.o.o and is covered by the Copyright and Related Rights Act (OG 167/2003, OG 79/2007, OG 80/2011, NN 141/2013, NN 127/2014, NN 62/2017, NN 96/2018) is prohibited from copying, using and / or modifying the content of any part of the Website, unless Sajema d.o.o has been notified in advance and rights were granted for such an action.

In all of the above domains, the End User may review the Sajema d.o.o. In the meaning of the General Terms and Conditions, the End User is a natural or legal person who orders or pays for the delivery of an item via the Website.

The End User expressly agrees that the use of any domain owned by Sajema d.o.o. is solely at the responsibility of the End User so that the Sajema d.o.o. does not guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on this site.

Items are ordered by selecting items from the online bookstore’s offer, registering with, and going through the ordering process.

GENERAL NOTICES TO THE END BUYER:

At the moment the order is received, Sajema d.o.o. will notify the End Customer electronically by email that the order has been received-automatically.

If ordered to a company, the End Customer of the Sajema d.o.o. subsequently receives an OFFER if the invoice for making the payment. Payment is not made by internet order and notification from Sajema d.o.o.

If ordered, the Sajema d.o.o receives the order, notifies the buyer that the order has been received, contacts the buyer by telephone, for verification, and sends the desired item together with the original Shipping Invoice via Croatian Post.

In the case of credit card payment, the contract shall be deemed to have been concluded at the moment when Sajema d.o.o. receive a confirmation before the end-customer card authorization for the order amount.

In this case, the End Customer receives two notifications via email:

from CorvusPay (banking system) as a confirmation of the amount reserved for authorization.

the second notification is received at the time when Sajema d.o.o. prepare the shipment for shipment and authorize the reserved amount.

If the Sajema d.o.o. cannot deliver the item ordered, the End Customer is notified that the reserved amount has been canceled and the bank that has booked the authorization amount is refunded the refunded amount to the End Customer one month after the order has been received and the payment amount has been booked.

Furthermore, if all the desired items in the order are not available, Sajema d.o.o. before deducting the authorized amount by the value of an item that is not available, beforehand notifying the End Customer, and sending such reduced amount for payment.

If the item ordered is not available in stock, Sajema d.o.o. will notify the End Buyer that the item is currently unavailable and inform it of the time within which it is available (if available).

PRICES:

All payments will be made in € (EURO), VAT is included in the prices and is valid for all payments at the time of making a purchase on the Website.

In case of payment by credit card, bank transfer (from abroad), payment costs and / or interbank transactions are not included in the item price and are charged subsequently.

CONTRACT TERMINATION:

End-User Agreement with Sajema d.o.o. for the sale and purchase of articles and services is a one-off contract for the purchase of an item or service consumed by the delivery of a good or service by Sajema d.o.o. and payment made by the End Customer in the event that it is not terminated. These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement between Sajema d.o.o. and the End Customer.

The End Customer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act. Namely, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Article 72, the End User is entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract (concluded at a distance) without stating the reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item or delivery of the last item from the order. The End Customer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

You can terminate the contract through any unambiguous statement in which you express your will to terminate the contract in a permanent medium.

In order for the termination of the contract to be fully valid, the item (s) must be delivered to the Office of Ivana Brlić Mažuranić 72, 10090 Zagreb.

In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, we will act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Law on Obligations. We will refund your payment after the goods have been returned to the address provided. You must return the goods to us without delay, and no later than 14 days after you have declared to us the unilateral termination of the contract.

The End Buyer is required by the Consumer Protection Act to bear the direct cost of returning the goods if they exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract. If the End Buyer does not find a solution on how to deliver the goods back, he can contact Sajema d.o.o. by telephone or by email at [email protected] to obtain information on the method, options, and conditions for returning the item.

CLAIMS:

Sajema d.o.o. accepts all forms of a complaint related to mechanical defects of articles, ie books and other media, such as typographical errors, damaged covers, etc.

The time limit for the claim is 30 days from the moment of receiving the item, in case of exceeding 30 days, the claim will not be valid. Furthermore, it is necessary to prove that the item was purchased in the system of Sajema d.o.o.
